Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Females aged 30 to 50years Chronic non-specific low back pain more than 3 months 2 Pain located between Lower rib margin and gluteal folds 3 Pain intensity less than or equal to 3 on VAS NPRS 4 Functional limitations in daily activities 5 Willing to participate and give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Specific spinal pathology Fracture tumor infection and any inflammatory conditions 2 Female with BMI less than 30 kg m2 3 Radiculopathy or serious neurological deficit 4 Pregnancy and postpartum 5 Recent trauma within 3 month 6 History of spinal surgery 7 Menstrual cycle period
