Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: more than or equal to 6 hrs training/week, Beginner level archers less than 1 year of training

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent upper quadrant surgery or injury, respiratory disease or active infection, open wounds or skin infections on assessment area
