Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 20 40 years Bilateral flexible flatfeet Navicular drop test more than 10 mm Anterior pelvic tilt more than 16 measured by pelvic inclinometer. Non-specific low back pain with NPRS 1 6 (mild to moderate) more than 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with any neurological disorder Individuals who regularly attend gym or structured exercise programs Individuals currently using foot orthoses Pregnant women History of recent lower limb injury within the past 6 months Individuals with any recent lower limb surgery Individuals with any systemic musculoskeletal condition that may affect gait or posture
