Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Complete transcribed doctor-patient conversations captured by OMNI AI Scribe from all patients attending the emergency medicine department; (2) Encounters with complete assessment and plan sections; (3) Documentation primarily in English or Hindi; (4) Patients who will provide informed consent to be part of the study.
