Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with idiopathic Parkinson s disease, who are medically stable, aged between 50 and 70 years, belonging to both genders, with a score of 3 according to the Hoehn and Yahr Scale, having mild cognitive impairment according to MoCA scores between 18 and 25, and who are in the ON state during assessment and intervention characterized by a typical functional response to medication, will be included in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe cognitive and communication disorders. 2.Patients with other neurological deficits and severe comorbidities. 3.Patients with associated psychiatric conditions 4.Patients with significant sensory impairment, including visual and hearing impairment. 5.Recent syncope or severe Orthostatic hypotension. 6.History of greater than or equal to 2 falls in the last month. 7.Patients who were using advanced therapies including apomorphine pump , duodenal dopamine infusion and deep brain stimulation.
