Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age group (women aged 20 to 40 years) Documented previous pregnancy (live birth miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy) regardless of outcome Current infertility inability to conceive after 12 months (or 6 months if age more than 35) of regular unprotected sexual intercourse 4 Willing participants
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Primary Infertility (no prior conception ever) Known irreversible infertility(hysterectomy bilateral tubal ligation azoospermia with no sperm retrieval option) Severe systemic illness preventing conception or pregnancy Unwillingness to participate or provide consent
