Inclusion criteria: Healthy Volunteers above the age of 18 years and below the age of 40 year Healthy Volunteers willing to participate in the clinical trial with signed consent form and will be once informed orally and in writing of all the information concerning the study procedure and study objectives Healthy Volunteers of both genders (male/female) Not having chronic disease or Not on any medication SAS score very poor poor & Average Health score Individual will be included in the study

1 To evaluate the effect of Ritu Haritaki in Upliftment of the health of an individual 2 To evaluate the effect of Yoga Module and Ritu Haritaki in Upliftment of the health of an individual 3 To popularize the administration of haritaki rasayana in preventing various seasonal disorders Timepoint: Haritaki powder along with Shunthi(Dry form of Ginger) will be given for 8 weeks in second group and in third group along with yoga module it will be given for 8 weeks
