Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 20 to 70 years of both sexes Individuals diagnosed with Myofascial Pain Dysfunction Syndrome Patients willing to participate and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diclofenac allergy Temporomandibular joint arthritis or Internal Derangement History of recent facial or jaw trauma Pregnant or lactating women Neurological disorders Mentally retarded patients

Pain reduction in trigger points which will be assessed by Visual Analog Scale Improvement in mouth opening will be measured with a rulerTimepoint: At baseline and after the end of 9 sessions
