Intervention1: Inj Bupivacaine and Inj Buprenorphine: Erector spinae plane block with Inj Bupivacaine 0.25% (19ml)and Inj Buprenorphine 0.3mcg/kg diluted to 1ml with normal saline Control Intervention

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients posted for spine fixation surgery 2.ASA 1 and 2 patients 3.BMI less than 30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Uncooperative patients Patients with spine fracture Cardiac and neurological diseases Uncontrolled diabetes and hypertension Known allergy to the drug used Epilepsy/history of seizure Any kind of preexisting neuropathy Alcoholism Chronic opioid use (defined as daily use of opioid for more than 3 month)
