Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Geriatric Individuals aged 60 to 74 years Presence of balance impairment defined as follows 2. Mini BESTest total score less than or equal to 25 out of 28 3. Single Leg Stance time less than or equal to 15 seconds on at least one leg indicating increased fall risk 4. Montreal Cognitive Assessment score greater than or equal to 26 indicating normal or minimally impaired cognition
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to stand or walk safely even with a walking aid, requiring continuous physical support from another person 2. Acute lower-limb injury, fracture, or surgery within the last 6 months 3. Uncontrolled cardiovascular / respiratory disease (e.g., unstable angina, uncontrolled hypertension) 4. Contraindications to electrical stimulation (pacemaker/ICD, open wounds, metal implants at electrode site, severe skin allergy) 5. Severe uncontrolled vestibular crisis (e.g., acute vertigo attacks) that makes standing unsafe
