Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pelvic angel Muscle power grade 3 Sprinters Male and female Age 18 to 25
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Recent fracture, dislocation, surgery in the lower limb and abdomen Neurological conditions Deformity Flat foot

| Anterior pelvic tilt angle in standing: Measured using pelvic inclinometer or validated photogrammetric method (ASIS PSIS landmark method). Average of 2 3 trials. Reliability should be tested in a subset (ICC, SEM).Timepoint: Baseline (week 0).Post-intervention (week 8). Optional follow-up (week 12 16) to see maintenance. | — |
