Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with Udavarta Yonivyapad (dysmenorrhea as per Ayurvedic and modern criteria). Regular menstrual cycles. Willing to provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient of age group below 15 and above 25 years. patient of pelvic pathology i.e PID,PCOD, Cervical stenosis, Fibroid,Endometriosis,DUB, Adenomyosis, Endometrial polyps. PCOS, hypothyroidism, or other systemic illness . Use of hormonal contraceptives or intrauterine devices. Pregnancy or lactation. -Patient with congenital anomalies of reproductive system -Mennorahgia
