Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Presence of significant coronary artery disease requiring PCI, with coronary calcification as identified by Invasive coronary angiography or CTCA or intravascular imaging (IVUS/OCT)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Target vessel had a stent from previous PCI 2) Target lesions with Vein grafts 3) Target vessel which is tortuous 4) Thrombotic lesions in the target vessel 5) Acute STEMI 6) Patients undergoing Primary PCI
