Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient Population: Age: 18 to 50 years, both genders Diagnosis: Chronic schizophrenia diagnosed using ICD-10 and DSM-5 criteria At Arisjuvady Mental Health Center, Puducherry. Clinical Status: On stable antipsychotic medication for at least 3 months Clinically stable without acute psychosis Social Impairment: Mild to moderate impairment based on VASP scale Capable of understanding the study information and providing informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe Cognitive Impairment: Patients with significant cognitive disorders or memory problems Active Psychosis or Severe Mood Issues: Individuals showing active psychotic symptoms or suicidal tendencies Participation in Other Programs: Patients already engaged in other rehabilitation or occupational therapy programs Uncontrolled Systemic Illness: Individuals with serious systemic diseases or unstable vital signs
