Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For group A localized or generalized stage 3 periodontitis with periodontal intrabony defect equals to or greater than 3mm along with one or more teeth indicated for extraction, excluding RC treated tooth For group B Localized or generalized stage 3 periodontitis with periodontal intrabony defect 20-50 years of age of both sex and able to sign an informed consent 0 or 1 degree of tooth mobility before regenerative surgery Maintainable oral hygiene Who will be ready to have their progress followed for at least 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with extraosseous defects Periodontal Intrabony defects extending into the furcation region grade II and grade III History of allergy or systemic diseases such as diabetes mellitus immunocompromising diseases blood dyscrasias cardiovascular disease renal disease etc Patients with systemic medications like long term steroids amino bisphosphonate therapy anticoagulants anticonvulsants long term radiation therapy Presence of active periodontal disease Smokers and or consuming tobacco in any form Unwillingness to return for the follow up examination Pregnancy or lactation Psychiatric illness

To evaluate and compare the radiographic bone fill at the sugrical site treated with dentin graft with I PRF versus xenograft with I PRF in periodontal intrabony defects Timepoint: A Cone beamed computed tomography will be done at base line and at 6 month postoperatively for radiographic evaluation of bone fill	—
