Inclusion criteria: Children aged 5 to 8 years Requiring restorative dental treatment Frankl score 2 to 4 Able to understand simple instructions Parent willing to provide consent Child willing to provide assent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Special healthcare needs affecting communication Emergency dental treatment Severe pain requiring urgent treatment Hearing or visual impairment affecting chart use Previous participation in the study
