Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with signs and symptoms of sandhigata vata for janusandhigata vata like Sandhishoola, Sandhishotha, Atopa,Prasarana Akunchana Vedana, Vata poorna druti sparsha,Stabdhata Subjects between the age group of 20-60 years are considered for the present study. Subjects having features as mentioned in diagnostic criteria. Subjects irrespective of their gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with Rheumatoid arthritis,Traumatic arthritis Subjects On steroids Subjects on lipid modifying therapies Subjects on lipid lowering medications

Sample of blood will be collected from patients of Janusandhigata vata, changes in the parameters of lipid profile will be observed, recorded and analysed.Timepoint: Baseline

To evaluate the lipid profile changes in individuals with janusandhigata vata. To assess the relationship between lipid parameters variations & duration of symptoms in janusandhigata vata. Timepoint: Baseline
