Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Individuals of age 30 to 45 years with Stage II and stage III periodontitis 2.Probing pocket depth greater than or equal to 5 mm 3.Relative attachment level greater than or equal to3 mm 4.Presence of 2 or 3 walled defect with radiographic depth greater than 4 mm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with systemic conditions. 2.Smokers 3.Pregnant and lactating females. 4.Patients on medications immunosuppressive drugs that could interfere with wound healing.
