Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Type 2 diabetes HbA1c not greater than 7 2 Missing mandibular first molar. 3 Sufficient bone volume for implant placement without grafting.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrolled diabetes or HbA1c not geeater than 7. 2. Smokers or patients with active periodontal disease. 3. History of bone metabolic disorders or any bone defects 4. Uncooperative patients 5. Pregnancy or any other medical contraindication of implant surgeries
