Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient present with clinical features of Vataj Gridhrasi. Patient have positive SLR Test. Patient indicated for Basti Karma. Selection of patient irrespective of sex, religion, occupation and economic status. Patient willing to participate in this trial through written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or Lactating Mothers. Patient below the age of 18 years and above 60 years will be excluded. Patient contraindicated for Basti Karma. Patient suffering from any uncontrolled systemic disease like Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension or Cardiac Disease. Patient with history of fracture related to spine and tumors or tuberculosis of vertebra.
