Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students from MAHE university Age between 18 to 25 years any gender who are categorised as low risk on the PARQ plus assessment and are available for same day testing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any pregnant participant or less than 6 months postpartum Participants who have been advised no strenuous upper body exercise by a clinician
