Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Sedentary young adults aged 18 to 25 years 2 physical activity less than 150 minutes per week 3 resting oxygen saturation greator than 95 percent 4 resting heart rate between 60 to 100 bpm 5 willingness to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 History of cardiovascular or respiratory disease 2 smoking or tobacco use 3 BMI greater than 30 4 recent respiratory infection 5 musculoskeletal or neurological conditions affecting walking
