Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Postpartum females aged between 20 to 40 year Normal vaginal delivery females with Completion of 3rd stage labor Postpartum females who are willing to sign written consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: High risk postpartum females having sepsis postpartum haemorrhage eclampsia retained placenta Postpartum females with caesarean section Known mental illness and psychiatric history Postpartum females with chronic systemic illness-uncontrolled diabetes hypertension And Pregnancy Induced Hypertension epilepsy thyroid disorders Inability to comply with intervention protocol

Primary

Overall postpartum recovery including uterine involution pain relief lochia pattern episiotomy wound healing agni and lactation improvement.Timepoint: 5th 15th 30th 45th Day

Psychological well-being breast engorgement abdominal girth haemoglobin level postprandial blood sugar and postpartum blood loss improvementTimepoint: 5th,15th, 30th, 45th Day
