Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male and female participants aged from 18-30 years with ankle dorsiflexion range of motion less than 10 degrees and weight bearing lunge test value less than 12 cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of previous lower limb injury or surgery within previous 6 months. Presence of muscle strain, tendinopathy in lower limb. Current participation in any other flexibility program of calf muscle
