Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 years and above providing informed consent, ASA physical status I II, Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusing consent to trial, Acute cholecystitis or pancreatitis on ultrasonography and routine blood tests, Known allergy to study drugs (bupivacaine /tramadol / dexamethasone) Chronic opioid use or chronic pain disorders, Severe hepatic or renal dysfunction, pregnancy or lactation.
