Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subject belonging 50yrs to 70yrs with signs and symptoms of BPH like Increased urine frequency, Incomplete voiding,urgency,weak stream,hesitency,dribbling and nocturia. Subject fit Snehapana and uttarabasti.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with Chronic UTI, Renal failure, Urethral stricture. Subject suffering from malignancy, congenital deformities of urological tract or any other type of pelvic pathologies Uncontrolled Co-morbidities like Type 2 Diabetes mellitus (HbA1c less than 8), Hypertension (Grade 2 and above)
