Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age more than 18 years 2. Patients who have not used any antibiotic/antimicrobial or anti-inflammatory drugs 1 month before surgery 3. Patients with no systemic disorders 4. No acute or uncontrolled infection at the surgery site 5. No malignancy at the surgery site 6. No history of exposure of surgery site to radiation 7. Patients have normal bleeding & clotting time 8. Patients who are non-smokers and do not consume tobacco in any form 9. Patient with ASA - 1 and ASA-2 Category 10. Patients indicated for simple non-surgical molar extraction
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are not willing to participate or give consent for the study 2. Patients with previous history of allergy to anaesthetic agent used 3. Pregnant or lactating female patients 4. Patients who are immunocompromised or suffering from systemic disorders 5. Patients having bacterial and fungal infections. 6. Patients on anti-coagulant drugs and anti-platelet drugs
