Interventions

Intervention1: Damon Ultima: ixed orthodontic treatment using Damon Ultima self-ligating brackets for alignment and leveling of the mandibular arch. Participants will be reviewed at regular intervals

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Class I malocclusion and mild to moderate mandibular dental crowding. Mandibular Little Irregularity Index between 3 millimeter and 6 millimeter. Non extraction treatment plan. No previous orthodontic treatment. Full permanent dentition from first molar to first molar. Good general health and good periodontal status. Willingness to participate and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe mandibular crowding with Little Irregularity Index more than 6 millimeter. Patients requiring extraction of permanent teeth. Previous orthodontic treatment. Craniofacial anomalies or syndromes. Systemic diseases affecting bone metabolism. Pregnant or lactating women. Poor oral hygiene or active periodontal disease. Missing permanent teeth except third molars.
