Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults aged more than or equal to eighteen years Corneal scar and corneal edema requiring penetrating keratoplasty Diagnosis confirmed by documented history slit lamp biomicroscopy and ASOCT Willing to provide written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Refusal for written or informed consent Previous Corneal transplantation Active ocular infection Severe ocular surface disease Uncontrolled glaucoma Inadequate baseline investigation
