Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Investigators Global Assessment: grade 1-3 b. Age- 18-25 years c.Willing to participate and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a.Investigators Global Assessment :Grade 4 b.Known allergy or hypersensitivity to aloevera,or neem. c.Active facial infection, open wounds, severe eczema, rosacea, or other dermatologic conditions that may interfere with assessment. d.Use of systemic antibiotics, oral retinoids, oral contraceptives (if new within past 3 months), or other systemic acne therapies e.Use of topical acne agents (benzoyl peroxide, topical retinoids, topical antibiotics) within 2 weeks prior to baseline
