Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primigravida mothers in the 2nd trimester of pregnancy Aged 18 30 years Able to understand and use a smartphone Willing to provide informed consent and participate in follow-up Participant will be able to Speak, Read, and write Gujarati Language Participants referred and approved by the gynecologist.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with high-risk pregnancies needing specialized care Non-smartphone users or those without access to mobile data
