Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who survived critical illness due to pneumonia and are currently planned for discharge from hospital 2. Age more than 18 years 3. Either gender 4. Stayed in ICU for 48 hours or more for HAP and VAP 5. Stayed in ICU for less than 48 hours for CAP
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiac arrest survivor 2. Patients discharged against medical advice 3. Patients discharged with palliative intent 4. Patients diagnosed with cancer
