Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged between 21 80 years, of either sex. 2. Diagnosed cases of Manyastambh. 3. Presence of symptoms such as Shoola (pain),stambha. 4. Patients willing to participate and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with rheumatoid arthritis , neoplstic cases, neurological complications, ankylosing spondalitis, Local skin disorder, Local skin disease. 2. Recent accidental case of less than one year. 3. Patients suffering from systemic illnesses like diabetes mellitus, tuberculosis, HIV or Viral Hepatitis. 4. Pregnant women.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Neck pain and neck stiffness will be assessedTimepoint: on day 0,1,7,14,21,28, 58 and 88 of treatment.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Flexion & Extension of neck will be assessedTimepoint: on day 0,1,7,14,21,28, 58 & 88 of treatment.
