Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients between age group of 18-60 years. Based on classical sign and symptoms of Dadru fulfilling the diagnostic criteria. Patients will be selected without consideration of bar of race and religion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having age less than 18 years and more than 60 years. Patients suffering with systemic diseases like Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, Malignancy, etc. Pregnant and lactating women.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Change in Dadru (Dermatophytosis) severity from baseline to day 30, assessed by Visual Analogue Scale, Grading Analogue Scale (Ayurveda parameters) and DLQI.Timepoint: 4 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in associated symptoms (erythema, tenderness, inflammatory lesions) documented by photographs & DLQI in 4 weeks.Timepoint: 4 weeks
