Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: .Primary early cervical spondylosis diagnosed by an orthopaedic specialist, grade I-II based on the modified Kellgren-Lawrence Classification adapted for cervical spine .Grade I: Minimal osteophytes, doubtful disc space narrowing .Grade II: Definite osteophytes, possible or mild disc narrowing .Age between 40 and 65 years for degenerative neck conditions). .Both male and female participants. .No prior exposure to tele-rehabilitation interventions for cervical spondylosis within the past 6 months. .Neck Disability Index (NDI) score 15-30% (moderate disability). .Willingness to adhere to the tele-rehabilitation protocol and attend all scheduled sessions. .Written informed consent obtained prior to participation. .Access to stable 5G internet connection and smartphone/laptop with video calling capability.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: .Secondary spondylosis due to trauma, inflammatory arthritis, or congenital anomalies. .Contraindications: malignancy, unhealed neck skin lesions, active infection. .Prior cervical spine surgery within the past 12 months. .Presence of neurological disorders affecting upper limb/neck function (e.g., stroke, cervical radiculopathy with motor deficit, severe myelopathy). .Cognitive impairment or psychiatric disorders impairing ability to consent or follow tele-rehab instructions. .Intra-articular cervical injections or other invasive neck interventions within last 3 months.
