Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients full filling the diagnostic criteria 2. Age between 18-35 years 3. Painful menstruation for atleast 2 consecutive cycles 4. Patients with regular menstrual cycle

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 . Congenital Anomalies leading to dysmenorrhea. 2 . Cases of Secondary dysmenorrhea With pelvic pathology - fibroid uterus, ovarian cyst, endometriosis, Endometrial polyp Etc adenomyosis and any organ lesion (benign and malignant growth o f reproductive tract) 3. Patient having any chronic diseases like tuberculosis, HIV 4. Patient with intrauterine Contraceptive Device/hormonal therapy endrocrinal disorders like thyroid abnormalities and PCOD 5. Women on oral contraceptive pills 6. Lactating mother.
