Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Healthy adult volunteers aged between 20-50 years 2)Body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 24.9 kg/m 3) Willing to provide written informed consent 4) Able to comply with the study protocol (including fasting and multiple visits)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Diagnosed with diabetes, prediabetes, or other metabolic disorders 2)Having metal implants 3)Taking medications that affect glucose metabolism 4)History of gastrointestinal disorders affecting digestion or absorption 5)Pregnant or lactating women 6)Food allergies or intolerances related to test food

To evaluate changes in gastric volume over time following consumption of raw rice and designer rice using Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).Timepoint: Baseline (0 min) and every 15 minutes up to 120 minutes postprandially.
