Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed cases of sciatica with acute pain. Patients of aute pain of Sciatica of adult age group(35-55years). Patients of acute pain of Sciatica belonging to all gender. Patients of acute pain of Sciatica willing to give informed written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients of acute pain in sciatica with suspected structural aetiology. Patients of acute pain in sciatica with suspected neurological deficit such as loss of bladder or bowel control, persistent muscle weakness, significant loss of sensation, etc. Patients of acute pain in sciatica having surgical and non-surgical orthopedic comorbidity. Patients of acute pain in sciatica not under treatment or physiotherapy within 3 months of start of study. Suspected Immune-compromised patients. Pregnant and Lactating women.
