Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The subjected will be sampled using the following criteria postpartum women 6 weeks to 6 months after childbirth. Radiating low back pain, aged between 25-35 years, and willing to take part in the study. The participate have to be medically fit and capable of doing therapeutic exercises. Normal delivery women. Confirmation requires clinical evidence including leg pain either one or both leg exceeding back pain, presence of objective neurological sign Positive straight leg greater than60.Myotomes weakness. Dermatomes sensory deficit. Reflex change

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The participants will be excluded due to the presence of diagnosed neurological disorders, spinal surgery, and severe postpartum medical issues or any red flags factors that include fractures, infections, severe spinal pathology, etc. Cesarean section delivery. Contraindication to exercise therapy. Severe postpartum medical condition.
