Intervention1: Breathing Reeducation: Breathing exersises will be taught for 8 weeks for 5 days a week Control Intervention1: Stretching Exercises: Stretching of neck muscles will be given for 8 weeks

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age twenty two to Fifty years Neck pain since three months Forward head posture

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Smoking Traumatic neck pain Spinal fractures or surgery patients The presence of inflammatory pathology in the cervical region, presence of severe comorbidity (musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiorespiratory, neuromuscular) diabetes mellitus, pregnancy
