Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: o Male or female Field hockey players aged 16-21 years. o Actively playing competitive field hockey at club or academic level o Clinical evidence of core muscle weakness using Mc gills core endurance test. o Athletes having threshold value of 87.5 for HAGOS Score

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: o History of lower limb or pelvic surgery. o Current or recent musculoskeletal injuries in the last 3 months. o Players currently undergoing other physiotherapy or strength-based interventions. o Neurological or vestibular disorders affecting balance.
