Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 18 65 years 2. ASA physical status II or III 3. Scheduled for elective surgery with moderate to severe PAH in NSR 4. Normal systolic function
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to participate 2. Emergency surgery 3. Difficult mask ventilation 4. No TR/Severe TR 5. Atrial fibrillation or any arrythmia 6. Moderate to severe LV dysfunction
