Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects under the age of 20 to 60 years Group A-Subjects with BMI 30-35 kg per m2 Group B-Subjects with BMI 20-25 kg per m2 subjects fulfilling the above diagnostic criteria will be selected Intervention for 10 days 2 time period for intervention per day based on ones appetite

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with secondary obesity caused due to PCOS, Hypothyroidism and other endocrinological disorders. Subjects with major psychiatric conditions and excessive hunger due to psychological issues will be excluded. Pregnant women & lactating mother. Subjects with alcohol and drug abuse which could influence outcomes. Subjects with obesity-related comorbidities, systemic disorders, or concurrent medications that may interfere with the treatment will be excluded.

To assess the antihunger effect of Yavadi yoga in Obese and normal human subjectsTimepoint: pre assessment done before the intervention on first day post assessment done after completion of total intervention on eleventh day

MeasureTime frame
The assessment of the hunger is done based on the hunger satiety scale.Timepoint: assessing the effect of hunger during the 10 days of intervention based on above hunger satiety scale
