Intervention1: GROUP B: SMART Technique (SDF + KI + HVGIC): Intervention group: SMART Technique (SDF + KI + HVGIC) In the SMART group, the tooth will be blot dried following the SDF + KI application.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 3 to 9 years Presence of active dentinal carious lesions in primary molars Teeth without signs of pulpal involvement Cooperative children (Frankl behavior rating 3 or 4) Parents/guardians providing written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Teeth with pulpal exposure abscess or sinus tract Children with systemic diseases or special healthcare needs Known allergy to silver or fluoride compounds Teeth showing pathological mobility Previously restored or treated carious teeth
