Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Married female patients of age between 20 to 40 years. 2.Apraja (Primary infertility) due to Anovulation 3.Sapraja (Secondary infertility) due to Anovulation 4.Patients who are willing to participate in the study and who sign the consent form. 5.Patients eligible for Basti.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients having debilitating disorders like Diabetes mellitus, Tuberculosis, Hypertension, Thyroid dysfunction, Renal disorders, Cardiac diseases, malignancies, STDs, etc. 2.Patients having congenital abnormalities of genital organs. 3. Patients having Uterine fibrioids, PID. 4. Patients who are not willing to participate in the study and who do not sign the consent form.

Improvement in ovulation assessed by follicular monitoring (evidence of follicular rupture/ovulation)Timepoint: 12 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Dominant follicular size. Endometrial thickness. Day of ovulation. Mid-cycle cervical mucus changes. Basal body temperature changes. Menstrual cycle characteristics. Conception rate.Timepoint: 12 weeks
