Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults (18 to 60 years), BMI less than 30, no history of spinal surgery or scoliosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Paediatric age group, Contraindications to MRI, pregnancy, known spinal canal stenosis.

MeasureTime frame
the outcome is the safety margin between the posterior spinal cord to ligamnetum flavm. If it is increasing the safety of segmental spinal margin will increase.Timepoint: Single time point of analysis of the MRI image. The distance is measured in supine and lateral knee chest position.
