Intervention1: Topical Metformin 30 Percent : Participants will apply topical metformin 30 percent once daily at bedtime over affected areas for 12 weeks. Control Intervention1: Topical Adapalene 0.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 .Male and non-pregnant female patients. 2 .Patients clinically diagnosed with mild to moderate acne vulgaris as defined by the Global Acne Grading System (GAGS) score falling within the mild to moderate range (GAGS score 1 30).
