Intervention1: Virtual Reality-guided High-Intensity Interval Training (VR-HIIT): Participants will undergo VR-guided HIIT using Meta Quest 3 and FitXR application. Sessions will be conducted 3 times

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 25 years. Both male and female university students. BMI between 18.5 and 24.9 kg/m . Currently enrolled as a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student. Physically active individuals performing at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic exercise per week. Able to comprehend English, Hindi, or Urdu. Willing to participate and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, or musculoskeletal disorders that may be aggravated by high-intensity exercise. Currently taking medications affecting heart rate, blood pressure, or reaction time. Visual or auditory impairments that cannot be corrected and may interfere with participation in VR or exercise sessions. History of balance disorders or vestibular dysfunction. Previous experience with virtual reality-based exercise programs. Any surgery within the last 6 months before enrollment. Unwillingness to participate or inability to complete the intervention protocol.
