Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 14 35 years. Women with regular or irregular menstrual cycles. Willing participants with a history of painful menstruation. Individuals capable of understanding and completing the questionnaire. Willing to give informed consent for participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with known organic pelvic pathology (eg- fibroids, endometriosis). Women on hormonal therapy or long-term painkillers. Lactating women. Patients unwilling to participate or unable to respond to the questionnaire.
