Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed cases of Pakshaghata 2.Patient with classical features of Pakshaghat 3.Either sex 4.Controlled Hypertension 5.Patient fit for Virechana Karma after proper Snehapan and Swedan 6.Duration of illness more than 1month and less than 2year 7.Patient who provide written informed consent and follow the treatment Protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient having Bed sores 2.Incontinence of Bowel and Urine 3.Paralysis complicated with severe systemic illness (Heart, Renal, Hepatic disease) 4.Congenital defects Diffuse Sclerosis, Cerebral agenesis etc. Trauma, Tumor, Intracranial infections such as meningitis or infection and other major terminal illness (HIV,CA etc.) 5.Comatose and Unconscious Patient 6.Marked Mental Impairment

Akarmanyata-Achetanam (Loss of consciousness or Sensation) Mandcheshta (Reduced Voluntary Movment) Ruja (Tingling, Numbness or Pain) Gauravta (Heaviness on One side of the Body) Vakstambha (Speech Difficulty, Loss of speech)Aphasia or Dysarthria Daurbalya (Generalised /Localised Weakness) Angamarda (Bodyache,stiffness or fatigue like pain)Timepoint: The assessment of the patient will be done on 1st Day 10th- 15th day follow up on 1 month 1 month
